Do you want to live forever? Join the students from New York's legendary School of Performing Arts as they climb the ladder to their ultimate goal - Fame!

Inspired by the Academy Award winning film, FAME is a roller coaster ride through the dreams and disappointments of the star-struck pupils at the School.

From the painstaking entrance audition through to an ecstatic graduation, this electrifying musical follows the joy, experiences, heartbreak, discovery and loss of students trying to become stars.

Directed by Runar Borge.

aldwych theatre
Designed by W G R Sprague (as was its twin The Strand on the opposite corner) the present theatre opened in 1905.   For a time during the First World War the theatre was used as a club for Australian servicemen.   Once known as the home of farce, the Aldwych was acquired in 1960 by the expanding Shakespeare Memorial Theatre Company of Stratford (later to be renamed the Royal Shakespeare Company) who were then looking for a London home.   Since the relocation of the RSC to the newly-built Barbican in 1982, the theatre has staged a number of musicals and plays.
