is a powerful and provocative look at the persecution
of homosexuals during the Holocaust. A love story at
its heart, BENT is a monument to the strength of the
human spirit.
Alan Cumming will play 'Max', his previous London stage credits include
Conquest of the South Pole, La Bete, Hamlet, Accidental Death of an Anarchist,
for which he won an Olivier for Comedy Performance of the Year, and Sam Mendes's
Donmar Warehouse production of Cabaret, which later transferred to Broadway where
he won a Tony Award for his performance. His film credits include the soon
to be released Ant Bully, Sweet Land, Spy Kids, X2, Nicholas Nickleby, Titus,
Eyes Wide Shut, Emma and Circle of Friends.
